Dr. Muddassar Sarfraz holds the position of Assistant Professor within the School of Management at Zhejiang Shuren University, People's Republic of China. In addition, he is a member of the Research Center for Engineering and Management at the Politehnica University of Timisoara, Romania. After completing a prestigious post-doctoral fellowship in business administration at Hohai University, he has gained considerable experience as a researcher and lecturer at various prominent institutions.
Dr. Sarfraz has taught a diverse range of subjects, including business research methods, business management, corporate social responsibility, business strategy, organization behaviour, project management and strategic management. His reputation as a keynote speaker at national and international conferences further highlights his expertise and influence in the academic community.
With an impressive publication record, Dr. Sarfraz has contributed over 150 papers to international academic journals and conferences, showcasing his dedication to advancing knowledge in his field. In addition to his scholarly contributions, he holds editorial positions as an associate and guest editor for numerous journals, as well as serving on the editorial boards of several others. Dr. Sarfraz's professional affiliations include memberships in the British Academy of Management, the Chinese Economists Society, the World Economic Association, and the American Economic Association. Furthermore, he represents Pakistan as an ambassador for the International MBA program at Chongqing University in the People's Republic of China.

Ts Dr Muhamad Zameri Mat Saman is a professor currently affiliated with the Department of Materials, Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM). He holds a BEng in Mechanical Engineering (Industrial Engineering) from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, a MSc in Advanced Manufacturing System Engineering and a PhD in Mechanical Engineering, both obtained from Coventry University, United Kingdom.
With professional credentials such as being a Chartered Engineer registered with the UK Engineering Council, a Professional Technologist recognized by the Malaysia Board of Technologist and memberships in renowned international and national institutions including the Institute of Marine Engineering, Science and Technology (UK), the Institute of Engineers (Malaysia), the Management Science and Operation Research Society (Malaysia), and the Society of Manufacturing Engineers (USA), Professor Ts Dr Muhamad Zameri Mat Saman possesses a wealth of expertise in his field.
His research focus encompasses several vital areas, including Sustainable Manufacturing, End-of-Life Product Management, Sustainable Supply Chain Management, Lean Manufacturing, Life Cycle Assessment and Manufacturing Systems. He has showcased his research findings through the publication of over 300 papers in esteemed international and national journals, as well as presentations at numerous prestigious national and international conferences with Scopus H-index is 22.
In addition to his academic achievements, Professor Ts Dr Muhamad Zameri Mat Saman has actively contributed to the practical application of his expertise. He has provided training and consulting services to various organizations. Through his remarkable contributions to the field of engineering, particularly in Sustainable Manufacturing, Professor Ts Dr Muhamad Zameri Mat Saman has earned great respect and recognition as a distinguished authority in his area of expertise.

Associate Professor Ts. Dr. Norhayati Zakuan is a Director of Business Administration Department, Azman Hashim International Business School, UTM. She obtained her first degree in Mechanical Engineering from UniversitiTeknologi Malaysia, MSc in Engineering and Manufacturing Management from Coventry University, United Kingdom and PhD in Mechanical Engineering (Quality) from UniversitiTeknologi Malaysia. She is a Graduate Member of the Institute of Engineering Malaysia (IEM) and Member of the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM). She has more than 15 years industrial experience before joining UTM. After graduating from her first degree, she spent 12 years in Mitsubishi Electric Malaysia as a Senior Mechanical and Quality Manager. Then, she joined COLAB Printing Ltd., United Kingdom for three years as a Technical Specialist before pursuing her master’s degree. She had published more than 100 journal papers in WOS and SCOPUS index publication. Her current research interests are Quality Engineering and Management, Performance Measurement, Sustainable Manufacturing, Lean Manufacturing, Risk Management and Supply Chain Management.
