Paper Submission

Prospective authors are invited to submit manuscript reporting original unpublished research electronically using the paper submission links: https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=gecs2023

The following rules must strictly respected:

- Regular Paper: 6 pages.

- Authors should make sure that the English of their papers meets the required standard.

- The quality of figures, photos and tables is also a very important requirement for the publication.

- It is also the obligation of the authors to make sure that all sources of the research used in their papers have been adequately referenced.

Proceedings

The Proceedings of GECS 2023 will be published in the Springer book series.

Indexing

The books of this series is indexed by SCOPUS, INSPEC, WTI Frankfurt eG, zbMATH, SCImago, and Web of Science.

Publication

Selected and extended papers with relevant scope will be proposed for publication in special issue of the Journal of Energy Resources Technology (SCI IF 3.070)

Papers will be presented in a combination of parallel sessions and interactive format, depending on the total number of submissions accepted. Details of the finalized presentation format will be available on the conference website at a later date.

Oral Presentation

Oral presentation hints: Oral presentations cannot exceed 15-20 minutes (including Q&A).

Poster Presentation

Maximum size: B1, minimum size: A1. The poster board is 90 cm (wide) x 120 cm (tall). Please, prepare posters in the poster hall in the morning on the day of the presentation. For the location of the poster, refer to the program book and conference information. The posters must be taken off at the end of the day.
