Wenzheng Li received a doctoral degree from Huazhong University of Science and Technology and postdoctoral degree Beijing Institute of Technology, Visiting Scholar at Valenciennes Unversity and Visiting Professor at Vrije Universiteit Brussel, Governing Council of China Communications Society, Governing Council of China Emergency Management Society, Member of Blockchain Branch of China Electronics Society, Member of Committee of Experts on Water Conservancy Informatization of China Water Conservancy Society, Member of Editorial Committee of Computer simulation, Member of Editorial Committee of Water conservancy informatization, Chair of Procedure Committee of IEEE International Conference on Electronics Information and Emergency Communication, Chair of Procedure Committee of IEEE International Conference on Software Engineering and Service Science, Expert of National Major Science and Technology Project Review, Expert of National Key R & D Project Review, Expert of Science and Technology Evaluation of Ministry of Science and Technology, Expert of Yangtze River Scholars Review of Ministry of Education, Expert of Science and Technology Award Review of Ministry of Water Resources. He visited the universities in France, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, Egypt, Australia, Austria, Singapore, India, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and other regions and was invited to make academic reports. A series of achievements have been made in the new generation of Internet architecture, Internet of Things perception and edge computing for common security and emergency management, and blockchain and edge computing collaboration. He has won three third prizes for scientific and technological achievements at provincial and ministerial levels, Beijing Education System “Education Innovation Project” in 2007. Four books, and more than 100 academic papers have been published in academic journals and academic conferences at home and abroad.
